Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled session may incur a fee or forfeiture of deposits.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the circumstances and at the studio’s discretion.

All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by Tami Michael Studios remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted personal or business usage rights as specified in their agreement.
Reproduction, resale, or distribution of our work without written consent is prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details during bookings and ensuring timely cooperation during sessions.
Tami Michael Studios is not responsible for delays or missed deliverables caused by incomplete information or unavailability of the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Tami Michael Studios is not liable for:
Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., power outages, internet downtime).
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, accidents).
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
